What's Up

I just bought a QuadrVerb from evil bay , and it arrived DOA, all it does is power up and bypass. I bought it for $85 and the guy here , say's He will check it out and give me an estimate for $43. is this unit worth the repair cost on top of what I have paid for it , or should I just buy another working multi-effects unit , I want to preform as well as record with this unit.

Thanx

File a claim though Paypal. Provided you paid with Paypal.;)

Sounds like you will be throwing good money after bad. I'd try to get your money back on that unit, and then buy something a bit newer and more reliable. For around $200 you can get a brand new fx unit that will have a warranty and be better anyway.

No, it's not worth that much to have it looked at. Send it back to the seller.

But before you do try doing a reset:

- Turn off the QV.
- Press and hold the PROGRAM and BYPASS buttons.
- Turn on the QV's power while still holding the PROGRAM and BYPASS buttons.
- Once the QV displays the edit buffer batch, you can release the buttons

:)

Thanx , that's what I needed to know, and I'll try that Beck.
