Well download time is done this weekend. 1 week to submit folks-wait Bryan you did add one day, since the download snafu yes?

I hope im going to have enough to mix this. I did the last one in only 30 minutes but i wonna actually take some time on this one. Maybe i will find some time between mixing client stuff and errands. But unfortunately theres a chance i wont be able to get to this one.

I was already done with my mix, but I had downloaded the first, mono versions of the files. Then I got the stereo files yesterday and was trying to fit them into the already finished mix. Uh-oh, have to redo a LOT, as it seems. Oh well.

Just a quick question, did you guys agree on mp3 quality? 128, 160, 192 kbps? And can I email my version directly to you giles, or do I have to upload it to e.g. nowhereradio or soundclick?

160 Kbps IMO is good enuff for listening.

i can't believe it, what happend with the tracks?, leave them 2 more days, please, please, please.

i didn't have the time to check this contest :(

really, thanks for noticing. I didn't check any other mixes , so nothing to compare with.
 
Bryan - when's the entry deadline again? You extended it a day or two I think, right??
 
Uhhh... I think the deadline is sometime in December Blue Bear.. so take a couple of weeks off and don't worry about mixing this yet! :D
 
I'm thinking Im might wanna do this...

Im crappy with deadlines for it will be for entertainment purposes only.

I finally got a broadband connection in the studio so I won't be using a lunar eclipses for seeing how long a download will take.

After I fix a sound card problem that it.

Final submission deadlines Saturday. 11/27/04 Enjoy your holiday

Mix Judging complete by 11/30/04

I will have all the submissions up by Wednesday Morning. (Me and this server. LOL I gotta stop changing things so much) Back to the old way i had it running. :D

One Day I will learn. LOL

So cool, I just found out my desk arrived today and I have most of my treatment up in my new room. Yeahhhhhhh, I might actually make this deadline on this song I have been waiting to mix for the last month:)
Just had to share my good fortune. :D

Haven't worked on the mix for two days and listened to it yesterday and it passed the test, so I think it represents my mixing skills quite well. This is not the type of music I usually mix, though.
