I wish I had found this sooner. I found this message board while doing a search for "nowontour" on msn.com.

First, I think the terms of use were misunderstood. It has nothing to do with music sent to the Web site. It has to do with things people post on the message board, forums, databases or written reviews or articles sent to NowOnTour. Of course, any music in any form sent to NowOnTour will always be copyrighted and property of the artist, band, label or whoever owns the copyright.

This merely protects us from someone submitting for example a review written about a band, and then later telling us we must take it off the Web site because they have changed their mind. This has nothing to do with music sent to us. It never has.

NowOnTour.com was established to help unsigned and indie bands get exposure. All of our services and tools are absolutely free. We offer a great expanse of DIY resources as well... all accurate and all free of charge. This site was launched for the sole purpose of aiding the music community.
