I actually think the guitar sounds pretty good, but try moving the mic up to where it's pointing at the last couple of frets, and smooth out the attack on the strings - it sounds like an old farfisa with a cold.
Multipressor???? Also try a standard EQ, or maybe off set the mic to the lower strings. Either way it's not easy and while you are playing and moving around, your recording ends up with fluctuation in volume. Also every tap of the foot and sniffle gets picked up as well. I'll never mic an acoustic guitar again.
