Cool! You certainly live up to your name. Are all those tape machines clock synced?
 
No, they're not synced, all just standalone,...

but up until recently, I had the studio patched to where I could saturate all tracks with one input signal! Is that unbelievable! Yes, but it's true.

Currently, I'm patched as several standalone systems, 'cause all that daisy-chain-patching got to be insane. :eek:

The hottest device in my studio is the stack of Akai DR16's. Since I did not follow the Akai specification of having 1U of space between them, I attached fans underneath the bottom one and "blow through" trying to keep them cool. The air exiting the top DR16 is very warm. "Digital Convection Oven".
