Hi,
I'm looking into getting some software. I've tried out some prog demos like Audition, Live 4.0... Besides much I don't like about either one is how they handle the plugins. Audition does no real-time work, and changes the wave form for every effect, but at the same time helps out the CPU. While Ableton Live does it all in real time, which is nice to hear while building on a track, but way to heavy on the cpu. I may be a total 'noob' with this, but does Cubase have a function to 'set' the waveform once the right combo of plugins have been found? Or any other program for that matter? I don't really want to export a waveform, and bring it back in everytime.
Excuse my total noobness.
