Hi all,

I am new to this forum, and what better way to introduce myself than to sing to you..:cool:
Any comments welcome, and don't spare my feelings.:facepalm:

This is a rendition of an 80's song which was popular in Europe. Hope anybody recognizes it:
I did the music myself, with some help of my old friend, the computer:

*sigh* why do i have to be the "bad guy"? :(

Music on both - exceptional! genuinely fan-flippin'-tastic!

Vocals on (Feels Like) Heaven - honestly? not my cup of tea i'm afraid. You have a great voice but my issues were mainly the tone of it at times and, to me, it felt very forced.

However, the vocals on Body and Soul sound incredible! Passionate, natural, flowing, just beautiful!

What style suits your voice imo? Hands down, the Sinatra style lounge stuff

With your timing, and phrasing, similar to Sinatra....but not enough to be copying him.:thumbs up::thumbs up:
 
I found first one way more interesting, though later one was obviously more suitable for your voice.
 
I would say Body and Soul suits you more but when you truly dedicate to one of them youll be great at both
 
I know this is an old thread, but I'll comment anyways. I'm just trying to be constructive, not to hurt your feelings as you say you want :)

Your larynx is quite high. You have a much richer voice in there if you go for a darker sound without letting go of the core or brassiness to your sound. If you listen to Sinatra, he makes a dark, manly sound, and this is achieved by the larynx being in a mid to mid-low position (but not depressed too low). Also what will help this is if your falsetto were more developed so that it could coordinate with the chest on the higher pitches that would add more warmth to the sound as well.
