I bought and installed this Peavey AMR console in my home studio. I bought it from John Kay of Steppenwolf...long story how I got it.but,It really seems to be a nice console. It has that Peavey name that turns some people off. Peavey has come a long way from the late 70's stuff they were making then. He did his last 3 CD's on it and they sound great. Anyone have any experience with this console? It is a 2400production series,36 input,24 buss

I know of a few people that sold them off the second they heard a Soundcraft Ghost console! I am not kidding.

AMR is just the Peavey stuff with a different name really. Can it "work" for a CD? Sure. You just gotta lower your standards a bit....;)

Yes, I am sure that is how your mixes through that AMR are going to sound. Good call! ;)

Sonusman, aint you depriving some village of an idiot??? Hey it sounds good to me...of course it could be the racked 33114 pre's I use!!!

If it were legal and more socialy acceptable, i would have sex a behringer. I'd even toss in a mackie for a little 3 some.
