I think its PC is by each peice (just one), and PR is by the pair.

I have the 4" and 8" accents. The 4" I use like a crotale, and the pair of 8" I use as a mini hi hat. (had to drill holes in the bottom one for air lock)
 
I have the entire set as well as the Cup chimes.

They all kind of sound like a phone ringing when you really hit them in the contect of a song. I love them for "light" texture work, but man can they get obnoxious!

I built a rack to hold them all using some "all thread" (it's like a 48" piece of machine screw threaded metal) and I used a dremel to cut that up into pieces which I mounted into a square piece of galvinized metal tubing, then I use a Pearl AXL-25 Clap to mount it by my Hi-Hat.


I would say look on E-bay. I picked them up for as little as $10 on E-bay - that's how I wound up with all of them.
