Well, he plays it in the studio on a fairly regular basis (don't ask me how!), and Linda is proud enough of it that she shows it off in many different forms of advertising (a mistake, if you ask me, as she spends most of her time making really dynamite, but fairly conventional, arch tops, and that thing just doesn't do much to show off her work. But that's just me, and what do I know).

So are the rest of the necks just sympathetic strings like a sitar or are they actually used!?! :D

Well after reading a lot of posts here I can only presume that people haven't bothered to look at the rest of Linda Manzer's site, that lady deserves the deepest respect......or else they just don't have a fuckin' clue.

I don't have a fuckin' clue, I'll admit to that.

But that guitar still would be better as some massive vibrator.

Man, i think someones just sucked the fun juice out of this post.

I just said fun juice :D

I just wanted everybody to look at the funny guitar :D

I've seen Pat Metheny play it a couple of times in concert. Obviously, it's not a guitar you drag out for very many songs. He only played it on one song of the CD he was promoting at the time (Imaginary Day), and perhaps that's the only song he plays it on.
