No signal for emu 1212..............HELP PLEASE

Hey guys! ok heres my problem, when I play anything (mp3 or just play back in sonar) the patchmix says theres a signal going out, but when Ii hook my headphone amp, mixing board,or monitors up to the 1/4" outs there is nothing. not even a faint signal. the link cable from the 1010 to the 0202 is fine and pluged in. I just can't figure it out.

HELP PLEASE!!
 
Insert a new track into patchmix and select windows wave of something like that I'm not at my cpu right now but I think its the last item in the list. If you can't figure it out i'll post again with exact instructions in about a hour.
 
yes i tried that forum 1st, no one seem to respond, so i tried you guys. and there is a wave strip. its almost like the 0202 card stopped working.
