Hi All,
I'm reworking a track on the guitar that I wrote years ago in midi. I programmed the entire piece at 85bpm at the time but realy it should have been at 170bpm. The piece is mostly orchestral and now I want to speed it back up to 170bpm so I can work on it with EZdrummer, Symphonic Orchestra and use live guitar.
Problem, If I change the bpm up to 170 the piece is way too fast, if I select all the notes played and try to strech them to fit the new timing it becomes a mess. I really don't want to have to program everything again from scratch. Any ideas how to double the bpm while maintaining the current speed without too much hassle?? I'm sure there is an easy way to do it - just to pre-empt the usual responses around here, it's not in the manual and yes I do have a registered copy and yes my dongle is plugged in:cool:
Thanks!

this is like speed metal i assume? If you programmed it at 85 and it needs to be double time, then just timestrech the midi part to make it twice as long at 170 (hold down the select tool and it will bring up the time strech tool)
