Need a mic pre amp and headphone amp..help?

I am looking to get a decent/cheap mic preamp and a headphone amp? The two below were recommended to me-
1. rolls headphone amp
2. ART Tube MP Microphone Preamp

What would you all recommend and what do you think of the two that I just listed? Let me know...thanks.
