yeah he still can use it..i dont think big companies trip until you making big money of of something the trademarked(meaning the sign..not the word)

yeah i seen the commercial, it didnt even cross my mind till my girl said somtin when she saw what i posted.

but yeah that would be to hard a case for them to win. and it wouldnt be economical for them to try.

and before anything else youd get a cease and desist letter.

if it shows promise you might even be able to get them to sponsor it.lol

good luck with everything. im all the way in houston, but when you get the mixtapes and dvd's done let me know i'll put a few in my shop.

and your right they'd only be able to sue for a infringement of their image.

he can use the word, just use a different font and no ebay colors
