Track delay is on 0.00 So it is not the problem. When i move it to -88 then it is OK that means that it is some kind of delay problem So any ideasPlease

There's a reason for the Track Delay control. If it were meant to be stuck at 0 they wouldn't bother putting it there. Maybe you've already solved the problem and just don't know it yet.
I had to set the Record Offset control (probably the same thing as Track Delay) manually because the DAW I was using guessed wrong when I let it set it automatically. I simply looped an output back to an input and recorded the result. I then zoomed way in and measured the offset in samples and put that figure into the Record Offset control.
