msblaze=mtx records=scammer

:mad: Posting a warning that we have a scammer on the loose using two homerec accounts. The member known as msblaze has a second account under the name mtx records. I noticed this while reading up on this thread: cheap cheap computer for sale

As you can see, msblaze posted a computer for sale, sold it, and didn't give the buying member the computer.

Homerecording member mtx records recently posted a WTB add for a mixer. I told him I had a mixer i was selling and if he wanted to see some picks, I would email him a couple. He told me to send the pics to this email account: ncgcfirefox@gmail.com .

I originally thought nothing of it, and sent him some pics of the mixer.

Then, while looking through the thread i linked above, I notice mtx records made a post on the thread. The post was in response to another member's post:

I thought: "Hmm, how did mtx know that msblaze lives in Indiana? msblaze has no location in his sig, or anywhere on his member profile! :eek: " (someone check to varify this, because you can bet it won't be the case when mtx gets a look at this post.

It was shortly after this that I noticed that the user msblaze posted his email address at the begining of the computer thread. Can anyone guess what it was? If you said ncgcfirefox@gmail.com, you would be correct! :rolleyes:

If anything can be done to get this joker banned, lets do it! If not, red chicklet his ass off!

why is it that the number of spammers on this board is drastically increasing?
 
what, are u serious?, i would never scam anyone i care alot about my reputation and do not appreciate it that you are trying to make it look like i scammed a guy. i DID NOT do this.

and yes indeed Indiana was on his user profile before he took it off.

Then I would ask why your email is the same as his? Just a friendly question...

Trench coats,,,, I have some of them but I use them for something else,,,,,,ahhh forget it :eek: :D :D

Seriously, its not hard to find out if he is the same person. The Admin(s) just need to go into the "control panel" of this board, and look up the IP Addresses and see if they match at all. Then least you'll know the posts are coming from the same computer or not.

I used to admin another discussion board and I handled all that BS. It was fun busting people who had several different names. :D

You don't even need to look at the e-mail address...just look at his spelling, syntax, and sentence structure. Its the same dude...or dudette

this is one of my studio computers that i am selling so i can get more drums, i am selling it cheap cause i need the money as fast as possible, take advantage of my desprite situation ha.

LOL, I was gonna say the same thing. There aren't too many people out there that will spell "something" incorrectly. Both guys spelled it as "somthing".

Luckily, dishonest assholes have a tendency to be stupid. :D
 
What I don't get is why MTX posted in the computer thread anyway. Sort of like the murderer returning to the scene of the crime
 
Sort of like using an alternate email/ebay account to pad your own auctions to drive up the prices of crap that noone wants. What a douche.
 
hehe I've actually done that.......After doing it I felt pretty bad though, and decided never to do it again. :rolleyes:
