Nah, I still think it needs to be pointed out that people feel the need to repeat the same thing over and over. I made a mistake and was corrected(and glad I was so I don't make the same mistake)but peope still felt the need to correct me eventhough they were nearly repeating word for word what I was already told. I had a shower so I'm better now. Love you to Tele, and Happy New Year to all!!!

Yep, I feel so small and meaningless. Outlaw always picks on me though, I'm kinda used to it....I need a tissue.
 
minor quibble... the reason marshall doesn't suggest it has to do with the powere rateing of the output tranny and it's point of saturation... but it's not a big deal and you wont hurt the amp... point #2 it's probably a good idea to use the inside /outside pair idea in order to keep it straight in your head but in all acuallity it doesn't matter as long as it's 1 from A and 1 from b to keep it push pull as has been mentioned... also if you've got a tech you trust and/or dont care that much... you could play with the bias some... depending on what your going for running a little starved or hot may get you there...
 
I forgot to mention that you should change the setting on the output tranny to the next lower setting. Meaning if you are rujnning a 16 ohm cab you should set the impedence to 8 ohm to compinsate for the natural mismatch created.
 
Got myself a 200watts attenuator, it was cheap and I didn't want to hurt the amp (though it could still happen :D )
