The best way to handle a troll is to simply ignore 'em. No response = no gratification.

damn m.brane....was that what this thread was about??:D :D

yeah...no rules...I suppose bumping included... still don't understand why people are too lazy to scroll and look:confused:

well...I am going to excuse myself from "bumping"...as it was already at the top... SO THERE!!!

g-nite ladies!!;)

I could make an assumption that this was done because of my recent experience here.

And if it was, well, you know, I DID ask for feedback. And I did get some pointers out of it. But well, you know...next time..

If it wasn't., er...uh..um...my bad...

doesn't this thread belong in the Fostex forum:mad:

shaky....sounds like you're thinking like a 'girl' again... I'd watch that:eek: :D :D

Can anyone tell me how to get any reviews at all? At least a slagging would be something.

Back to the original point (I think) of this thread. To be perfectly honest, I think this clinic needed to be shaken up a bit and SC did one hell of a job. The truth is that I've heard some shit posted that is absolutely fucking terrible. I have no illusions about my own talent (or lack thereof) so I'm not saying I'm even comparable to any of the truly great musician/engineers on this BBS(Sluice, Lt. Bob, Harris, and enough others not to bother listing them all, they know who they are) but if I was much better than I am I'd probably be ripping some of this garbage up. The only thing that keeps me from doing it is knowing my stuff is right down there at the bottom of the heap with all the other hacks. That's why I don't even post most of the stuff I do and nobody ever hears it but me.The point of all this drivel is not to offend anyone, but simply to say this:
MOST OF US SUCK. That's a fact. That's also the whole point of the clinic, to decrease the suck.I should probably post more nof my tunes, but I already know how bad they are. My heart was broken when I realized that if I heard one of my own songs on the radio, I'd probably change stations, and surely never shell out $18 bucks for a CD. So I don't see any problem with telling it like it is. That's what I would expect from anybody else. If I have nothing positive at all to say, I won't say anything. Lot's of times I don't even post when I Love something, because so many people have already done enough gushing I don't feel compelled to add to it.
Well, I'm sure that was totally incoherent, but it felt good.
Good Day, gents.

A good rule is: Listen & comment on 3 songs from other people here in the clinic... you should get at least 3 listens in return... if not more. You get back as good/better than you give.
