Really, I think it is just enough, while still keeping it in the mix.
Unfortunately, the sudden drop of it's edginess with what seems to be an over-compressed sound, takes away from the energy somewhat and does seem a bit odd...except for the drums, where as they pick up in volume, which isn't a bad thing...just the two different aura's seem to mis-match.
