MIDI chain please help

Hi guys,
another question:
How can I connect 2 or more MIDI external devices as sound modules and sampler, I mean I have to use a mophatt + a sampler, should I use the MIDI through, and what about assigning a series of channels to a device and another set to another one?

You can go:

Mophat OUT to computer IN
Mophat IN to Computer OUT
Mophat THRU to Sampler IN

Assiging channels will depend on your software and keyboards. Usually you assign the SEND channel in the software and setup the pathes on the keyboards to RECIEVE on specific channels.
