Hi,

I'm new to this forum and I would really appreciate some help. I'm a recording rookie and I just bought a CAD E-200 mic, which I let charge for about three hours and then tested. It makes a "flutter" noise in the recording when I sing with the levels correct, etc. Could this be caused by the mic not being fully charged? Please let me know and thanks in advance for your help.

E-200

Yes the CAD E-200 needs up-to 48 hrs of charging if it is the first use of the mic or brand spakin new out of the box. After that it should be ok.

It worked

Hello again,

I just wanted to let you know that charging the mic and using a pop filter worked out. I also realized that the CAD E-200 is a very sensitive mic! Anyways, thanks again for your help.

Kind regards,

Erick
