modest, a little crammed, kinda cozy, and very functional.

Sick lp, bro.

Little update on my home rig. I got an amazing deal from a producer friend of mine I used to work with. A 002 rack for $400. I love it so far.

Bug thumbs up on the BCF2000... best two devices I ever bought :)

lol yea i ordered it, but had it sent home (i couldnt change the delivery address to uni) and then they delivered it to my fucking neighbours house instead! so i had to wait another week or so for my mum to bring it to me in universirty!! well worth the wait tho, got it working with pro-tools and im loving it

new desk

Here are some photos of my home made desk. It took me 3 weekends to build but probably could have been done in 1 if I was more motivated. It’s mostly laminated pine from home depot. The only parts special ordered were the rack rails and the keyboard tray. It’s held together with L brackets and screws to make it easy to disassemble if I move it in the future. No one will mistake it for the product of a master craftsman, but, it’s very solid and was easy to build. Cost was around $275.

Very cool desk...I could build the desk...if you buy me the equipment...LOL...:D

Well I decided a week or two ago to give home recording a shot...I have played guitar (poorly) for the last few years and just got into drums a few months ago...I wanted a way to record my drums...but got a little deeper in then I thought I would...this is just too much fun!!!

I am probably going to do the recorderman method for drum mics...presently I have a Nady SP-1 and a MXL 990 over there trying different setups....

Here is my set for now...hopefully we will be adding on to the garage next year and I can build a studio above it...that is my goal...
