A studio owner is going on tour and for $250 a month his studio facility is up for leasing...Id be interested in having a studio downtown and not in my basement...and I was thinking that if we went 4 ways then its just $65 a month each for the room...board...protools system...preamps. etc.

Anybody from KC here interested?
