Just O.K

This actually isn't a hard fix. Here is what you do.

Open up the casing of the unit. You want to cut the casing off the red and black ones. Now take the exposed wires and wrap them up real tight together. Solder them if you would like. Now take the main chip in the unit and take it out. Now force it back into position, only backwards. Now put the casing back together and fire it up. If nothing happens to the unit or you, take a hammer and smash away.

I tried your advice, pooyah, but it didn't work. Even the hammer thingy seemed to make things worse?? Sucky!!! Actually, it's my fault! I trusted that someone may have a clue, but it's only an average site.

Not to sound like a prick or anything, pooyah, but it seems like you might need some........well......."guidence" when it comes to working with audio equipment. Seriously, poo poo, you're going to hurt yourself! I do appreciate your input, though:)

As of right now, I give this site a 60% rating, because of the mis-information above. It's not so bad, I guess, considering the amount of spammers, but there is so much more room for improvement! Honesly, I think people would expect more from this site, considering how many members are involved.

I know this was from a long time ago, but doesn't anyone find it odd that some people seem to think that calling someone a woman is an insult? I'd be curious to know what exactly is it about women that jamking finds so reprehensible? I've always kind of liked women myself, but i guess if there are enough guys like jamking that's ok - leaves more women for the rest of us.

Between August 19th and today, you did alot to improve this site. Namely, you fucked off. So please, fuck off again. It's the best thing you can do to improve this place 100%. You're a waste of flesh, never mind band width, lady. Talk about being a whiny little bitch. :D :D :D

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this. I've been using the line out of my guitar effects rack to record all guitar tracks but have noticed alot of digital noise. If I mic the amp, (beta58A is all I have), would this help the signal to noise ratio?

Hello???

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Currently, I don't have a band so I'm doing all of the instuments myself. I've been using my keys as a drum maching, but as many of you know, digital, no matter how good the quality, still sounds digital and quantized. Can anyone reccomend a sampler or keyboard that has "very" realistic sounds, something where you "cannot" tell the difference if played correctly.

Most of you need not answer, or even read this since you don't have the
knowlege, but one or two of you may know, well something.....maybe....or not. Well??? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: Hello???

Post somewhere that you haven't repeatedly insulted the entire community.

The only fake drums I know of that don't suck are Drumkit from Hell (preferably Superior or Custom and Vintage) or maybe Naturalstudio (which has a free version).
 
Have you ever heard a sampler? One that has literally taken samples from an acoustic set. That's what I need to know.
