Importing Tracks into DP24

I'm looking to purchase a DP24 in the upcoming weeks, but had a question on importing tracks, specifically drum and percussion that I've programmed in an older version of Garageband into the DP24. It looks like I'd be able to do it, from the owner's manual, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience importing tracks and if there have been any issues.

It looks like when I would import a track, it will start at the zero marker. Is it possible to import to a specific time code or measure? For example, if I wanted to kick in some congas that I've programmed, could I set it up to drop in at the 25 measure?

I just imported some tracks, from a DP 02. They go to a a specific folder on the SD card, then you transfer them to the Song. I think after they are there is when you would do a cut and paste to put them where you want.
