Importing Cubase files into Sonar 7

What is the best way to take a project tracked on Cubase into Sonar 7 for mixing. I figure I could just import the .wav files seperately, but it seems like there must be a way to do the whole project at once. Anybody have any sugestions?

.wav files is the way to go.

I don't know if Cubase can export .omf files, but that would be the way to go it possible

I was just checking cubase sx 2 does export omf

99% sure it can export omf - it can definitely export aaf.
