BESAUSE PEOPLE OTHER PLACES ARE IDIOTS!!

A guy over at the harmony central boards just tried to convince everyone that he gets better sound from his SB Live using a 1/8" plug from his mic than I get using a mic through a TubeMP through a Delta44. He had never even heard of Delta! He also thinks his SB will run a condensor mic. :rolleyes:

Of course, those losers took his side cause he's been giving them crap advice for a long time and had lots of posts.

H2H - no, no, don't abandon those sites altogether. It puts things in perspective. I thought I liked this place because I liked it, but now I'm thinking this site may have achieved some sort of level of sense. :)

He hipped me to the idea of buying a Radio Whack mic, running it into a Karaoke machine,then into Behringer Mixers Pre's, and finally run the signal, thru a Vox wah-wah pedal!!! WOW!!! You know what happened ............................???

Oh, yeah, of course, not knowing the finer details of a foreign language is a sure sign of "moronity". Which of course proves my point. :)
