How should I build my Studio

I have a 14 by 15 foot room that has a 7 foot ceiling I have put up a two by four frame and then realized I don't no squat about how to make a recording studio.
what materials should I use and how should I build it
I have sheetrock but can't find sound deadening board anywhere
any suggestions from experienced recorders would be appreciated
