How can I synch this chorus?

About 3 years ago I made a song. After recording it I accidentally moved the entire chorus. I haven't been able to get it back on beat.... Can anyone help me figure this out? I was able to place the second chorus perfectly.

Tempo of the beat is 87 with 4 beats/bar

The time of the second chorus
37:4:00 or 1:41.379

I need to figure out where the 1st and 3rd choruses go. The song is setup 16 bar verse, 8 bar chorus, 16 bar verse, 8 bar chorus

I'd appreciate anyone's help.... Is there like a calculator to add up 16 bars onto the time I already have?
 
Tempo is Beats per Minute.

Number of measures x 4 = number of beats

60/BPM = Seconds per beat

Multiply the number of beats by the Seconds per beat and that is the location.

For an 87 BPM it would be 60/87= .68965 seconds per beat

It shouldn't be that hard to just line things up manually though. Just slide it around in small increments until it fits.
 
You don't have a transient you can match up somewhere?
