Rami,
I have not been around for as long as some who comment on your stuff and I have only basic tracking / mixing experience. Feel free to check out
my soundcloud profile to get an idea of where I come from. I'm a guitarist by the way, but I've been always addicted to good drums due to my brother being on drums in almost all of the bands I've been in.
Regarding the arrangement & performance, I think you did a very good job on all instruments. You played them all yourself, right? I've been listening to the song for the last 30 minutes repeatedly because I really like the new version much much better than the old version. The chorus was still in my ears from the first version and I's been kind of "haunting me" since you posted it and I first listened to it. Now I simply need to comment.
About the mixing: as I said, I'm not there yet myself, so I'd like to comment on your mixing from a listener's view with some basic and improving mixing knowledge. First of all, I like the bass and guitar sounds very much. Nice grit and dynamics on the guitars, and very "natural sounding". Same goes for cymbals/hats and the snare sound, did you change anything from the first version to this one? I think I remember the snare featuring too much reverb on the 1st mix, but I may be mistaken. I like it a lot now. Overall good balancing of instuments, I'd say. No single instrument too strong or weak except for two minor things. More on that later in the nit-picking section. Bringing up the vocals backing track or 2nd track was a big improvement in my opinion, the vocals are strong and full-sounding now.
Now for the nit-picking. Tom sounds feature too much reverb for my taste. You can hear that most in the beginning of the song and the bridge parts before and inbetween the solo parts. The FX sound quite metallic or too harsh / breathy to me. Don't know how to accurately describe what I'm hearing. Maybe a slightly darker reverb type will do but I feel it's much too prominent. I'd cut back on that so it's more subtle sounding unless you're going for the reverb-tom sound for the toms to stand out. I could see that working, too but I don't know what reverb you're using, so I'd consider either a different sounding or higher quality reverb. Again, not sure what you're using, I hope I'm not making an ass out of myself by dissing an expensive Lexicon or TC but it sounds somewhat cheap to me

*duck*
Nit-picking Pt.2: Bongo's are a little too weak. I think they could be raised a little. Just a little. Or if you want them to be in the background maybe add a little more reverb but the way they sound now they just sound a little buried. You did a great job balancing your drum kit, I think you won't have a problem figuring out what I mean. In contrast to that, I feel the rattling shaker thing (sample?) is a tad too loud. It stands out too much. It's good to be in the front and not in the background but I'd pull it down just a little bit. Makes for an overall more balanced kit I think. It was the only really distracting thing in your song from my part of view along with the toms' reverb.
Just my 2 cents. Really would enjoy to hear some more tracks of that kind from you.
Cheers
Tim
