Horizon arm 112H-1 wedge -- any good?

Hi, this is really a PA question, which is why I'm posting in "other equipment." I'm in the market for PA gear, and someone in my area is selling a Horizon arm 112H-1 wedge spot monitor for pretty cheap. Thing is, I've never heard of this company! I can't even find them on the Web (I don't think ... there's a Horizon Music but they have just cables 'n' stuff on their site, and a couple of sound consultants/services companies pop up with that name). So I can't even get specs. Or opinions on whether this shit's any good.

So can anyone help me out here?

how cheap is cheap?

My band has one 1-12 monitor made by horizon that we use with our P.A. Im not sure of the model number.
I wouldn't use this monitor if its going to be for the vocalist. (Our drummer uses this one so he can hear a little bit of the vocals). The monitor we have isn't all that clear no matter how we eq it but if you can get it for under 100 bucks its usable. In the defense of the monitor , its very old and was used before we owned it so it could just be the one we have.
I know a guy who has a couple of horizon bass cabs, they don't sound that bad. Thats all i can offer.

How good are your building skills? You should look into getting some of these

and putting em into your own wedges. These drivers sell for about $50 at Partsexpress (list is $79.99). No crossover required, and the frequency range for these are 45-8000HZ, which should be fine for monitors.

Eminence is a pretty good brand. Never heard of horizon.
