so, over a year ago, a friend of mine left his Sunn 4x15 bass cab at my house after we jammed for a bit...he forgot he left it here, and eventually just asked $30 for it, so i said hell yeah....so finally today i go up to guitar center and after browsing for heads for a month or so, i've finally settled on a Gallien-Krueger Backline 600, because it was in my price range and sounds amazing for only $300! So i bring it home, hook it up to the cab, and WOW..my G&L just growls, and the jazz sounds amazing, while my schecter is just straight up rock...i LOVE this new setup of mine lol..so yeah just figured id say how much i love it haha i was gona post pics but well theres a limit on pics apparently and i dont feel like resizing..boo..
 
i have that head, i've found it can be pretty overwhelmed by high wattage speakers
 
id hate to lug that around

lol..i dont know where my friend got that thing, but yeah its a big lug...and its weird because when you stand it up, the speakers are on a V...like they face eachother almost, its so weird, but it sounds sooo amazing
 
All I can say is, I hope you never have to carry it up a flight of stairs, Yow, that baby's gotta weigh a TON! :eek:
 
lol someday i will, it's in my basement :( haha it was a bitch gettin it down there...im sure itll be even more fun bringin it back up ;)
