Hooked up my Pitch Shifter/Delay to my EFX Loop but now my Wet/Dry Knob doesnt work.

I hooked up my Pitch Shifter to my EFX Loop,

But now when I turn the Wet/Dry (Direct/Effects) knob all the way to Wet. It wont allow me to get the full Wet Signal.

Is there a way to get this to work properly again?

Also what it be wise to hook up my Guitar through my EFX Loop to get the full Wet Signal if thats the case.

I also have send/return knobs on the back of my amp, I tried tweaking them to see if that made a difference in getting my wet signal, but I was getting terrible feedback after my pedals were engaged, Is this something I should possible keep experimenting with?
