Ok I have built a studio or two and one from John's suggestions.
Now we are in this room that is a 10x9 bare wood floor with nothing on the walls.
When I test music here I get the typical slapback which can be controlled by high freq. boxes.
What I hear that is bad is there is certain mid bass and poss. low bass frequencies doin alittle to much reflecting and is drivin me nuts!!!
So here I stand before the gang again.
My workstation is a corner L shaped rig so my speakers will be coming from diff. sides on stands with a subwoofer to make life even more interesting.
I do have midbass cabs built from previous studios as well as highs and bass traps.Just trying to figure out from my picture, what the room should look like with these on the walls.
If someone could accent my drawing with wall positions, that would be great.
Thanx to all for the help and support!!

sorry for the extra posts.

Anyone on this ??
Please help with diagram.
I am assuming if to put bass traps it would be in front corners and maybe then go highs next then mids then highs???

Would this be correct??

John? Anyone?
Thanx for any takers.
Sorry I am on a tightrope here to get some projects rollin, rollin, rollin.LOL
