Help finding info for my Fostex

I'v had this Fostex x-28h four track recorder for about a year now and im realy learning how to use it now, but I would like to learn more about it, how it works, how to make it work better.
plzz let me no if anybody has this or knows what they are.

I thought the owner's manual was laid out nicely and a good source of info regarding its features and operation...
