Good book for Pro Tools LE with mBox?

I recently bought an mBox which comes, as you know, with Pro Tools LE. So, are there any GOOD books to help me get started/become better/become good rolleyes: ) with the use of the program? Thanks

i bought a book called Pro Tools IGNITE , from barnes and noble.... about 20 bucks... Simple, yet good information... Tips and Tricks you know.

Get this: "A Musician's Guide To Pro Tools" by producer John Keane. He produced R.E.M., Uncle Tupelo, Indigo Girls, etc. He's been using Pro Tools since it's inception. The book is simple, cuts to the chase, and has been priceless for me in the two years I've had PT. Then you can gradually get into the bible that comes with PT and get the finer points.

I know the guy who wrote that book. He teaches at Full Sail, in Winter Park Florida.
