Pro Tools stops frequently

Hello everyone. Thank you for your attention.
I'm having the following issues with my Pro Tools:
1. The session I'm working on frequently stops at any time. "AAE Error 9173" appears, telling me to disable native plugins even though I don't have any plugins in the session.
I've also increased or decreased the HW Buffer size and cache.
I read that the problem could be due to the WF, which could disconnect it. I did that, but even though I have iLock in the Cloud and physically, Pro Tools won't turn on.
2. Sometimes when I press Play, the button flashes on and off, and the session won't run.
(Other minor problem: Every time I turn off PT, it crashes)
I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

Hi,
2022.12.0 isn't marked as compatible with Sonoma,
so you'll want to either roll back MacOS to Monterey/Ventura, or upgrade Pro Tools to 2024.3.

Thanks Sir. Witch of them will you recommend me? Some time ago I had some issues with some plugins because of an upgrade. I'm not sure if it was the OS or PT

I don't think I can really give you a straight answer, I'm afraid.

Rolling back to an early version of MacOS is free but can be a bit of an upheaval if you're not familiar with the process.
Upgrading to a newer version of Protools is probably quite costly, unless you happen to have an active update plan.

You raise a good point, too. Whichever route you take you'd want to make sure that any plugins or suites you have are going to be compatible.
Depending what you have, and what versions, that may make the decision for you?

It is possible that you could troubleshoot and find a solution to the issue without any major changes.
Did this combination of PT and MacOS ever work reliably for you?
If it did, and this is an issue that just started out of the blue, it might be worth investigating, even if Sonoma isn't officially marked as 2022.12 compatible.

Try going to Setup/PlayBack Engine/ Disk Playback - and increasing or decreasing the size - experiment - The crashing would point to a conflict - You could try deleting the program and reinstalling it - making sure you have all your settings saved - oh and one other thing is it all files or just one file?- make another Admin Account and run your sessions on that account - also make sure you restart your computer after you create the extra account - then open it and see what happens.

Thank you all very much. My English isn't good. And neither are my Pro Tools skills. It's not easy for me to understand everything. I really appreciate your help and will follow your advice.
(My mistake, PT version is 2024.6) Sorry.

Ok.
This ^ is the important question then.
