Yes, you would need long shaft pots, and if you get the presence boost you can use a push/pull pot for the switch.
EMG can supply you with everything you need, except that I think the Presence boost stuff only comes with a mini toggle switch, which would mean soldering on the board, which will void your warranty on that component. I'm not 100% sure on a long shaft 25k push/pull pot, so I'd probably check with EMG on that one before I did anything with the presence control, unless of course you want to put another hole in your guitar, which I would recommend against, simply because it will hurt your resale value (I HATE how much of a concern that has become in the last few years - it used to be that, with a new guitar, you just did what you needed to make it work without worrying about resale - but with the guitar market the way it has become, it is always a serious consideration). Either way, unless you are VERY comfortable with the tools involved, it is best to get it done by a professional repair person - if for no other reason than that your EMG warranty is void if you do any soldering yourself.
