Looks like pretty typical garage type framing. I think its a workable space.
It appears that you have rafters and beams and not trusses for the interior roof/ceiling.
Trusses are MUCH stronger than rafters. Trying to hang sheetrock on the beams that span below the rafters could pose a problem if they're not designed to carry the additional load.
I'd get some advice for a builder at least, and preferably a structural engineer.
It can probably be done, but you may need to "beef up" the beams.
What's the exterior like? Wood siding or brick? What?
I see a couple of overhead lights in there. Is there any other electrical? Outlets? Anything like that?
Where's the circuit breaker for the garage? What's the breaker size?
