Well, can't you just copy the direct link from one of your videos and post it here? Or is that what you were already doing?
 
Are you using a computer or a phone? It seems like your using a phone, which could be causing some issues.
 
What's the name of the video? I can just type in the title and link it here since your having issues uploading it right now.

Nope, nothing. I think you may have changed something in the publicity settings, such as only people with the link can view it.
 
Change the publicity settings, thats the only advice I can give you.
Otherwise I'm starting to wonder if this thing is one giant hoax.
