That Kindof reminds me of a couple of rock videos durring the eighties where white lion had a sold out croud in a concert video. (Only because they were opening for a real act). But because it was thier video you assumed that they were there for them.

I dont think anyuone got sued for that and thier images were used.

You could always breathe on a mic to simulate croud noise. and not a court in the world could take that away from you.;)

nobody shows up for the opening act...unless they are as good as White Lion was........

White lion was good but I think the croud wanted to see Skid Row.

Skid Row was good too...i saw them open for Poison....
I saw Poison once. For all of 5 minutes. Then the crowd began throwing full cups of softdrink at them.
They were opening for David Lee Roth back in the 80's....needless to day, it was funny as hell, becauseI hated Poison.

yep, saw em open for DLR in Biloxi....damn good show.....nothin but bras and panties getting thrown at them at this show.....damn, and that was my favorite panties...:D   :p

Take crowd sounds from two or more published recordings and mix them together. Unless there are distinct voices ringing out, I guaranty nobody in the world will be able to identify the sources - especially if it's in a mix with other music.

Copywrite problem solved.
