Tex - It hums a bit when I hook up the speakers. The lines out are very clean. I imagine that I would buy a Soundcraft mixer were I ever to buy an unamped mixer. I have the small Powerstation. I am sure it is not the same quality as the higher end mixers, but it is very good for its purpose. I have been very pleased with it.
