Effect for making lyrics indistinguishable

I wish to use an effect on this acapella

to make the lyrics indistinguishable.

I wish the notes to remain distinguishable.

I wish ideally the tone in the voice to remain distinguishable.

I read a suggestion the use Granulizer.

What effect would you recommend to use?

Would you apply an effect to the acapella and post it?

Just do what this Italian guy did in 1972. He wrote a bunch of gibberish to illustrate what English sounds like to an Italian. It sounds like English, but there isn't one real word in there, except the occasional "Alright". :D

Do you have a reference of a song for the sound that you're trying to acheive?

I'd hire Mick Jagger. I hear he's in town and looking to work again.1711232321324.png

A DAW could identify the transients in the vocal performance and those could be converted into MIDI notes which could be played back through a synth to get whatever voicing you prefer - all following the original melody.
