OEM stands for original equipment manufactuer. You still should get
all manuals, software, and warrantys. At least the software and warranty if its new. You can always download manuals. It just wont be in a retail box. I would check out soundblaster for any difference between the
2 cards. If your serious about audio I would
suggest a better card but that depends on your setup. Again I wouldnt be concerned with
oem. Just ask whats included.
