Folks, when Bruce talks about "respect" for me, maybe I better explain how that started.
When Bruce came around here at first, he used to say how V-Drums sounded "real", and that nobody would be able to tell the difference between well recorded "real" drums and V-Drums. I called bullshit.
Bruce e-mails me directly one day in the middle of one of these battles. He has these links to some drum tracks he recorded. He want me to guess which was "real" drums and which were V-Drums.
Well, Bruce far from excels at drum recording, and it even worse at mixing them, so it really didn't take much to figure out which was which. I sent an e-mail back telling him which was which. He e-mailed back about how he couldn't believe how I "guessed" so quickly. He couldn't believe that it was so "obvious" to me, because he admitted that it wasn't so obvious to him.

I am not making this shit up. I shared these e-mail exchanges with some other guys that used to be reputable members here (guys that still carry a lot of "respect") who if they cared enough, would support my version of this story fully.
Bruce, you are a sad excuse for a "pro" really. I am constantly amazed at how thoroughly average sounding your stuff is, but you flaunt around how you are a "pro" like you have grammy's! If you just lightened up on "I know best" shit, and would every once in a while try to offer something more than just a factual answer, or an opinion about a peice of gear, you would be easier to stomache.
