Creating place for strings..

Hey guys,



Here's some stuff I'm working on for a band called Cloudworker. Can't seem to find enough space in the chorus for the strings, and I can't seem to decide whether they're ok buried like they are, just have them really coming out at the end..


Of course, general comments on the mix are always welcome..

They probably need to be an octave higher if you want them to cut through the chorus. I wouldn't have known they were there if you hadn't said so. I can't say what's better because you only have the one mix.

yeh, that's what i thought, however I didn't write the strings parts, and re-tracking them isn't an option.
