I'vce priced GIk & RealTraps but the price more than doubles due to transport to Australia. Even the local distributors can't bring the price down.
I'll have to build them but don't like fibreglass so I'm chatting with a mob in Australia that make synth insulation fibre (a company that usually makes pillows - Tontine). They manufacture sound insulation for wall cavities as well as to encase machinery etc. They have a new product that is claimed to have excellent bass reduction qualities. They're ringing me tomorrow to discuss the specs and whether or not it's appropraite for the circumstances. I'm interested in making free standing cylinders but may opt for the standard panel standing off the wall depending on specs etc.
