Converting or importing .RAM files?

Looking to do something a little...out of the box. I have a snipit of sound in .RAM format (gregorian chants)...an exersize in whole tone harmony. I would like a little something into the background of a project I'm working on but, SONAR 3.1.1 doesn't seem to recognize it.

Any suggestions? Recommended converters?

For Mac OS X, I do this with Audio Hijack. A quick google search on "Windows streaming audio recorder" yields dozens of hits for similar programs for Windows; I've never neaded to do this with Sonar so I've never bothered to try one of these, but you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one that works.
 
If you have a wave-editor of some sort, you can try that.
