Absolutely and thanks for the advice...... I've already started checking it and though I didn't find an amp yet, I did find a keyboard I want.

uh-oh ... on second thought this might not be such a good thing!
:D:D:D

Yeah that could be a problem. I'm always looking thru CL even when I don't need anything or have money to burn.

Ooh cool .... maybe I'll do that. I actually have a diploma in electronics from a trade school and I've always repaired my own gear so it doesn't need to be a beginner project ...... I just need a source for designs.
I'll check it out ...... thanks.

Well if you know about electronics and can make your own PCB"s then you could build one for a Lot cheaper, you can even do it P2P....I didn"t use a Kit, I designed my own PCB and sourced my own Parts and was able to build my Guitar amp for next to nothing and if you look into the LM3886 Family of Power amp IC"s you will find that they can be implemented with less than a dozzen components (Caps,Resistors, a Diode Bridge and a Transformer)....each of these Chips can put out 65w+ into 4 Ohms and are very clean and detailed, Partially because of the Lack of Components in the Signal Path...The chips them selves are less than $5 each and even less for the rest of the components......

Here"s some info on the Chip, and the Typical Application is Pictured there...
