cant hear any of the efects of the multimix16usb2.0 in my cubebase le4

my name is michael Anthony and i Recently bought one of your new products called: multimix 16 usb 2.0
i need support or any kind of help.
or please give me information.

my problem is very simple
its just that i cant hear any of the efects of the multimix16usb2.0 in my cubebase le4,

i can hear what i play, in cubebase LE 4 but i cant hear no efects.




The efects i am able to hear are from the headphones from the multimix16usb2.0
i only hear the efects on the multimix16usb2.0 ..

WHy? why i cant hear the same efects on CUBEBASE LE 4 .... thats all i need to know.




i have already set correctly the vst conections on cubebase 4, and i am able to hear, or record anything in my multimix 16 usb 2.0.

The Only Problem i Repeat is that I dont know how to set up the efects of the multimix 16 usb 2.0 to hear them on CUBEBASE le 4.

I Really apreciate if someone expert in cubebase le4 help me PLease.

You should read the manual. The effects are not included with the individual channels.
